On your arrival at the college, a guide will be there to greet you and accompany you during your stay at the festival. While the students are waiting in the bus, the conductor must deposit at the welcome table, two (2) original copies of each piece to be performed. Other information will then be given.

You will warm-up in your given class. You must be there 30 minutes before the performance. |

The performances will begin at 9 :00 A.M. and the last presentation of the day is scheduled at 18:00 P.M. |

| Admittance in the performances rooms |

Everyone is invited to all performances free of charge. |
| |
There will be two (2) evaluations for each performance. After the performance, one of the evaluators will work with
each group to give suggestions and encouragement to the musicians. Evaluators have teaching experience and
desire to help and guide the young musicians. You may find the list of evaluators on our web site.

The festival offers evaluations of your performance with certificates identifying the level of performance (gold, silver or bronze) and work-shops given by reputable pedagogues. Copies of the program, a logo for each student, a group photo and a T-shirt will also be given. Each conductor will receive a cd of the performance of his group. This cd will also include the comments of one judge, the other evaluation to be given in writing. Each group is allowed 30 minutes. This includes the stage setting, the presentation of the group, the time of performance and exit from the stage. |

In collaboration with our sponsors,certificates of 50$ will be drawn every day of the festival.
On the last day of the festival, another drawing consisting of a “clinic” (given by one of our evaluators) will be
awarded to 4 individual schools for an in-class instruction.

The participants will have access to the cafeteria and casse-croute of the college. Prices start at 3.70$ for a lunch to 7.25$ for a complete meal, including taxes. Large rooms are available. Please advise your students that they must eat in one of these selected rooms. No food is allowed in the class rooms or in performance rooms.It is your responsibility to keep all rooms clean. There will be no cleaning service during the days of the festival. Please insist on the respect of these rules which are to the benefit of everyone. |
