| Rooms |
| We are providing accommodations for your performance and workshop. A classroom will be assigned to each
ensemble as a checkroom and as a warm-up room. An interesting feature of the festival is a large exhibition room
where students can gather. try different musical instruments, buy music scores and CD's. Daily cafeteria services
offering a variety of menus at reasonable prices will be available. Free parking on the premises is offered for each
day of the festival. The daily schedule is from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.

| Arriving time |
Each group will be welcomed by a volunteer who will accompany the group to its assigned room. The assigned guide
will also escort your group to the performance stage, work shop, and the photo session.

| Performance and warm up (read carefully) |
Participants should be in their assigned. classroom 30 minutes before the performance (warm up time). |

| Time allowed for the performance |
| Each group will have 30 minutes maximum. This specific timing includes stage setting, stage presentation,
performance, and time allowed to leave the stage.
|
| Note: Participants should have one or two persons available to help tuning the instruments in order to arrive on time for their performance. |

| • MusicFest Québec (Vanier College in Ville Saint-Laurent) will receive 32 groups each day. |
