Montreal, Vanier College We are pleased to offer you the best possible accommodations for your performance and workshop. As usual, a classroom will be assigned, as checkroom and warm-up room to each ensemble. An interesting feature of the festival is a large exhibition room where students can gather to try out different musical instruments, buy music scores and cd. Daily cafeteria services offering a good variety of menus at a reasonable price are available. Free parking on the premises is offered for each day of the festival. |

Arriving time You will be welcomed by one of our volunteers who will bring you to the room that has been assigned to your group. Later, a guide will meet you at your assigned local and accompany your group to the performance stage, workshop room, and a photo session. |
| Performance and warm up (read carefully) Participants should be in their designated classroom 30 minutes before the performance which includes warm up time. |
| Time allowed for the performance Each group will have 30 minutes maximum. This specific timing includes stage setting, stage presentation, performance, and time allowed to leave the stage.

Note: Participants should have one or two persons available to help tuning the instruments in order to arrive on time for their performance. Availability to perform

The large percussions will be set up on the stage. The timpani will be on left hand side of the stage but will not be moved. |
